Order processing time/goods manufacturing time:

Processing time of any order depends on the availabilty of required goods and quantity of the ordered goods.

  •  If ordered goods are in stock then shipment is dispatched within 24 hours (only in working days/working hours) only after receiving the full payment.
  • If ordered goods are not in our stock then it can take some days/months to produce the required quantity of goods.
  • When customer confirms and agrees the processing time and pays in advance only then goods producing is started.


Bills/invoices and GSTIN

  • All selling invoices are made in name of customer’s gstin and customers not having gstin are not entertained by us.
  • Customer should also confirm hsn code of goods and their gstin details at the time of placing orders.
  • Here, business transactions are inteded only for b2b not for b2c.


Shipment details provided to customers:
As soon as goods are dispatched, customer is informed through email/mobile messege and consignment number/awb (airway bill number) is provided to customer along with gst bill.

Payment terms:  
Only online (bank) transfer is accepted, no cheque/dd/etc. Instrument is accepted by us.

Advance payment:
We don’t sell goods on credit. Only orders with full advance payments are be processed by us.
