Return, Replacement and Refund Policy

  • We don’t accept RETURN/REPLACE/REFUND request if there is SLIGHT DIFFERENCE IN COLOR in the actual item customer receives and in item’s picture customer sees at the website.
  • We don't accept RETURN/REPLACE/REFUND request if there is SIZE MISMACTH of made-ups with the customer’s actual fittings.
  • We don’t accept RETURN/REPLACE/REFUND request if there is SIZE DIFFERENCE of the PRODUCT’S DESIGN of the actual product customer receives and the design in the product’s picture which customer sees at the website.


Only In the following conditions return/replacement/refund is possible : If you have received a WRONG/DAMAGED/DEFECTED item.

  • All return/refund/replacement related complaints to be made within 24 hours of receipt of wrong/defective good.
  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact so that if possible they are re-sellable after minor fixes.
  • Our expert team will check whether the returned product originally belongs to us (manufactured by us) or not.
  • We expect that while returning the product you will pack the product very safely and securely.
  • We won't be able to entertain any damage/lost in Transit (For example:- If a complaint was raised for Wrong Product Delivery and the sent item got damaged in the transit then we will not be responsible for the damage and eventually may not be in a position of replacement for the original one as well).
  • Always return your items using registered airmail / logistics/courier who provides proof of delivery and online tracking facility.
  • Please return/dispatch within 1-3 working days of receiving the wrong/defected product. Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received and return shipment details invoice.
  • On receipt of wrong item we will dispatch a replacement (probably same item if available) item at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you.  If you do not want any alternate (or if same item is not available) item then we will refund your money with no deduction whatsoever.


Credit Processing:
All credits towards refund takes 1-4 business days to reflect in the respective bank account.
